Biography

An accomplished lawyer with more than twenty years of experience in handling personal injury matters, Jennifer Burke brings a unique perspective to the law firm of Burke Law Firm, LLP as she spent more than ten years working for the insurance companies defending claims. That knowledge has helped her be able to best persuade insurance companies and adjusters about the merits and strengths of the cases that she now handles for injured clients. Jennifer also has significant experience handling PIP matters. PIP is Personal Injury Protection claims brought by injured motorists against their auto insurers who have the obligation to pay for all needed medical treatment caused by an auto accident. Jennifer has successfully handled hundreds of those claims brought by patients and orthopedic surgeons to make sure that their medical bills are paid.
